材料

– 雞翼 10隻

– 薯仔 2個

– 薑片 數片

雞翼醃料

– 鹽 1茶匙

– 糖 半茶匙

– 豉油 1茶匙

特製芡汁

– 蠔油汁 2湯匙

– 老抽 1茶匙

 

Ingredients:

  1. 把雞翼洗淨並抹乾水份。加入醃料,醃1小時或以上。
  2. 薯仔去皮,切件。
  3. 準備蠔油?汁。
  4. 使用煎鑊。以中火下油,下香薑片,放入雞翼略煎至兩面金黃。
  5. 放入薯仔、水(400ml)及蠔油?汁,以大火煮至滾,蓋上蓋子。炆煮10-15分鐘。
  6. 加入生粉水,汁煮煮至汁濃,完成。

Mga Hakbang:

  6. Tambahkan air tepung maizena, masak hingga kuahnya kental dan matang dengan sempurna.
