Bahan telur dadar wortel gulung :
Telur 2 butir
Wortel 1/2 pc
Bahan kentang tumbuk brokoli :
Kentang 1/2pc
Brokoli 1/4pc
SuSu (Su Su bubuk) 30ml
做法:
1.把紅蘿蔔和薯仔批皮切粒,西蘭花切件。放在碟上,蒸大約10-15分鐘。
2.把蘿蔔壓成蓉,倒入煎鑊中,慢火炒5分鐘,拿起備用。
3.在碗內打勻雞蛋。把少許油倒進煎鑊,然後倒入雞蛋。
4.將蘿蔔蓉平均抹在蛋漿上。把蛋漿卷成卷狀。等待全熟後拿起。切件上碟。
5.把西蘭花切碎,薯仔壓成蓉。倒入已與熱水混合的奶粉拌勻,完成。
