雞翼系列:檸檬雞翼

材料:

– 雞中翼 6隻

– 檸檬片 半個檸檬

– 薑片 5片

– 蒜頭碎 3粒

醃料:

– 水 半湯匙

– 生抽 1茶匙

– 老抽 半茶匙

– 糖 1茶匙

– 生粉 半茶匙

– 檸檬汁 半個檸檬

Marinade:

– Soy sauce 1 tsp

– Lemon Juice from 1/2 lemon

    • Pakpak ng manok 6 na mga PC

    • Mga Hiwa ng Lemon mula sa 1/2 lemon

    • Luya 5 hiwa

    • Bawang 3 piraso

atsara:

    • Tubig 0.5 tbsp

    • toyo 1 tsp

    • Dark Soysauce 0.5 tsp

    • Asukal 1 tsp

    • Cornstarch 0.5 tsp

    • Lemon Juice mula sa 1/2 lemon

Bahan-bahan:

– Sayap ayam 6 pcs

– Irisan Lemon dari 1/2 lemon

– Jahe 5 iris

– Bawang putih 3 buah

Bumbu :

– Air 0,5 sdm

– Kecap asin 1 sdt

– Kecap Hitam 0,5 sdt

– Gula 1 sdt

– Tepung maizena 0,5 sdt

– Jus Lemon dari 1/2 lemon

  1. 充分混合所有醃料
  2. 加油預熱,加入薑片、蒜頭爆香
  3. 加入雞翼翻炒
  4. 倒入醃料及檸檬片
  5. 加蓋炆5-7分鐘至收汁
