三文魚野菇燉飯

材料:

– 飯 1大碗

– 牛奶 250ml

– 洋蔥 半個

– 野菇 4粒

– 胡蘿蔔 1條

– 三文魚 1條

– 芝士 適量

  4. 洋蔥半個同樣切成粒狀
  5. 把三文魚、磨菇、胡蘿蔔、洋蔥一起翻炒
  6. 加入熟飯和牛奶,然後焗一會
  7. 把三文魚煎熟
  8. 最後把芝士和三文魚加至鍋中
