牛肉 450克

INGREDIENTS

1 piraso sibuyas
3 piraso bawang

Bahan

做法:

  1. 首先把牛肉切條
  2. 加入糖、生抽、麻油、生粉和水後攪拌並醃製20分鐘
  3. 蒜頭切碎,洋蔥切片
  4. 加入兩湯匙茄汁和一湯匙醋
  5. 加入一湯匙生抽、一茶匙糖
  6. 加入少量鹽和水後攪拌
  7. 用中火燒熱鍋,加少許油,加入牛柳炒至半熟後盛起備用
  8. 同一個鍋,用剛剩餘的油炒香蒜片及洋蔥
  9. 加入醬汁炒勻,直至牛肉平均沾上醬汁

Steps:

  8. Use the remaining oil from the beef and saut? the garlic and onion until fragrant
  9. Add the sauce mixture until the sauce has coated the beef

Mga Hakbang:
