材料:

– 紫菜 2塊

– 白飯 1碗

– 鹽 半茶匙

– 麻油 半湯匙

– 泡菜 半碗

– 午餐肉 4塊

– 芝士/起司 2片

– 生菜 數片

Ingredients:

– seaweed 2 pieces

– rice 1 bowl

– Slat half tsp

– Sesame oil half tsp

– Kimchi half bowl

– Lunch meat 4 pieces

– Cheese 2 pieces

– Lettuces a few pieces

Mga sangkap:

– damong-dagat 2 piraso

– kanin 1 mangkok

– Slat kalahati tsp

– Sesame oil kalahating tsp

– kalahating mangkok ng Kimchi

– Lunch meat 4 piraso

– Keso 2 piraso

– Mga litsugas ng ilang piraso

Bahan-bahan:

– rumput laut 2 buah

– nasi 1 mangkok

– Slat setengah sdt

– Minyak wijen setengah sdt

– Kimchi setengah mangkuk

– Daging siang 4 potong

– Keju 2 buah

– Selada beberapa potong

做法:

  1. 泡菜切成小塊
  2.  午餐肉切片
  3. 把午餐肉兩邊煎至金黃色
  4. 加入鹽和麻油,搞拌熟飯
  5. 把紫菜剪至中心位置
  6. 加入白飯、芝士、午餐肉、泡菜和生菜
  7. 飯團折置成四方飯
  8. 把飯團切半

Steps:

  1. Chop the kimchi into small one
  2. Slice the luncheon meat
  3. Pan fried luncheon meat becomes yellow each side.
  4. Add salt and sesame oil then mix.
  5. Add in Garlic, Chinese sausage, Lettuces.
  6. Place Rice, Cheddar cheese, Lunch meet, Kimchi, Lettuces.
  7. Fold the kimbap into a square shape.
  8. Cut the kimbap half.

Mga hakbang:

  1. Hiwain ng maliit ang kimchi
  2. Hiwain ang karne ng tanghalian
  3. Ang piniritong karne ng tanghalian ay nagiging dilaw sa bawat panig.
  4. Lagyan ng asin at sesame oil saka ihalo.
  5. Idagdag sa Bawang, Chinese sausage, Lettuces.
  6. Place Rice, Cheddar cheese, Lunch meet, Kimchi, Lettuces.
  7. Tiklupin ang kimbap sa hugis parisukat.
  8. Hatiin ang kimbap sa kalahati.

Langkah:

  1. Potong kimchi menjadi kecil
  2. Iris daging makan siang
  3. Daging makan siang yang digoreng menjadi kuning di setiap sisinya.
  4. Tambahkan garam dan minyak wijen lalu aduk.
  5. Tambahkan bawang putih, sosis Cina, selada.
  6. Tempatkan Nasi, keju Cheddar, Pertemuan makan siang, Kimchi, Selada.
  7. Lipat kimbap menjadi bentuk persegi.
  8. Potong setengah kimbap.
