蒸水蛋

材料:

– 雞蛋 5隻

– 室溫涼水 大約375g (實際請再計算比例)

– 鹽 適量

– 豉油 適量

Bahan-bahan:

– 5 butir Telur (250g)

– 375g air (harap hitung perbandingannya)

– Sedikit garam

– kecap asin secukupnya

  1. 打發雞蛋後加入鹽調味
  2. 蛋液加入水攪均(蛋水比例為1 : 1.5)
  3. 倒入蒸蛋容器後,撇走泡沫
  4. 蓋好保鮮紙
  5. 先大火煲滾水,轉細火蒸6分鐘
  6. 熄火後燜4分鐘,淋上豉油便完成~

  2. Ihalo ang tubig (the perfect ratio of egg and water is 1:1.5)
  3. I-Pour ang mixture ng itlog at tanggalin ang foam
  4. Takpan ng plastic wrap
  5. Pagktapos pakuluin ang tubig, i-steam ang itlog sa mahinang apoy sa looob ng 6 minuto.
  6. Patayin ang apoy at i-stew for 4 minuto
  7. Ilagay ang toyo at Enjoy!~
