Bahan:
500 gram labu
udang 100 gram
80 gr daging tanpa lemak
Ebi 10 gram
Kerang kering 20 gr
3 buah jamur shiitake kering
garam secukupnya

Step:
1. Soak the dried shrimo, scallop and mushroom
2. Cut the shrimps and dried shiitake into dice

6. Seed the melon. take out the flesh and leave about 1″ thick of the flesh
7. Cut them into cubes
8. Place the winter melon in a bowl and stream for around 15 minutes
9. Mix the winter melon, mushroom, fried shrimps and dried scalop
8. Mix it with the meat and water
9. Put all ingredients into winter melon
10. Steam for around 15 minutes
11. Add shrimps and steam until cooked
12. Finally put the winter melon to cook
